2007 I Love America Photo Contest Contest Rules Photos may be either black-and-white or color. Original photos may be cropped for better composition Minimal manipulation of digital images with the intention of accurately rendering the subject is acceptable Please send the electronic image file of only the photo being entered in the contest. Only one photo per person. The submission must include the following information. a) Person*s name and home mailing address; including city, state and zip code; b) Person*s email address; Addresses are used for sending prizes and congratulatory letters. Email addresses and phone numbers are used for notification of entry receipt and clarification of any problems. The information will NOT be sold, distributed, or otherwise used for marketing purposes. Entrant grants American Legion Post 21 all rights to the photos. Submissions will not be returned. I hereby certify that the photo I am about to submit is my original work and has never been copyrighted or, if copyrighted, that I am the sole copyright owner. I am entering this photo as an honest and true effort of my personal creativity and unique artistic vision, and I understand that it will be published on the Internet as my original work and under my own copyright. If my photo is offensive, artificially enhanced, a studio image, animation/artwork, or of poor image quality, then it may be disqualified.
